Gentle, step-by-step tech help for your parents, on WhatsApp they already use.

SeniorTech Saathi is a friendly AI assistant — Meera Aunty — that answers your parents' phone and app questions in simple Hinglish. No new app to install. No call centre queue. Just a chat with someone who has time to explain.

Build confidence with messages, video calls, scam checks, and settings — without waiting for family every time.

  • Works through WhatsApp, no new app needed
  • Built for Hindi, English, and Hinglish
  • Built for Indian families

Made for two people, at the same time

Whether you're the daughter calling from work, or the dad figuring out a new phone — we have you both covered.

For adult children & families

Stop being your parents' tech support at 11 pm.

You love them. You also have a job, kids, and a life across time zones. Meera Aunty handles the everyday questions — gently, in their language — so you can be their child again, not their helpdesk.

  • Fewer panicked phone calls about Wi-Fi and OTPs
  • A second pair of eyes on suspicious links and scam messages
  • There’s always a place to ask, without waiting for family
Aap ke liye, aaram se

Apne phone se darna band kijiye. Hum saath hain.

WhatsApp pe ek message bhejiye, jaise apni beti ko bhejte hain. Meera Aunty aapko step by step samjhaayengi — bina jaldi ke, bina daant ke. Jitni baar poochhna ho, poochhiye.

  • Saaf, badi-badi baatein — koi technical jargon nahi
  • Saaf steps aur examples ke saath jawab
  • Kabhi bhi message bhejiye — subah, dopahar, raat

What Meera Aunty helps with

The everyday tech moments that usually mean a phone call to you.

Phone basics

Brightness, ringtone, language, screen lock, charging, "yeh button kya karta hai" — the small stuff that adds up.

WhatsApp & video calls

Group calls with the family, sending voice notes, finding old chats, backing up photos before a phone change.

Scam & OTP safety

"Is this message real?" Forward it to Meera. She'll explain the red flags and tell you what not to click.

Reminders & routines

Medicine times, bill due dates, birthdays, doctor appointments — gentle WhatsApp nudges, no extra app needed.

Settings, simply explained

Permissions, notifications, storage, "phone slow ho gaya" — explained in simple steps, not jargon.

No-rush repeat explanations

Forgot how to do it? Ask again. And again. Meera won't sigh, won't rush, won't make anyone feel small.

How it works

Three steps. No app to download. Nothing new to learn.

  1. Save Meera Aunty's number

Once you join early access, we'll send a WhatsApp number to add to contacts. That's the only "setup" — same as saving any new friend.

  2. Send a message — voice or text

In Hindi, English, Hinglish, or a voice note. "Mera screen kala ho gaya" works just as well as a typed question. Forward suspicious messages to ask if they are safe.

  3. Get a clear, step-by-step reply

Meera replies in the same language, with simple steps and examples when useful. Stuck halfway? Just write back. She'll keep going until it's sorted.

Built carefully, on purpose

Designed around dignity, safety, and your family's trust.

SeniorTech Saathi is currently a small, hand-built prototype — live with a couple of verified test users while we make it ready for more families. We'd rather grow slowly and get this right than rush.

  • No tech-shaming, ever. The assistant is designed to be gentle and respectful, with no "you should already know this" energy.
  • Scam & OTP awareness, built in. Meera will never ask for OTPs, passwords, or bank details — and she'll warn your parent when something looks suspicious.
  • Clear about what we're not. SeniorTech Saathi is not a medical, financial, or emergency service. For health emergencies, please call your local emergency number.
  • Quietly built from Melbourne, for Indian families. Nimesh Karani, solo founder, working closely with early users to shape what gets built next.

Frequently asked

Honest answers, before you sign up.

We'd rather under-promise now and earn the trust later. If you have a question that isn't here, ask us when you join the early access list.

Is this a real person or an AI?

Meera Aunty is an AI assistant designed to feel warm, clear, and Hinglish-fluent. We say so openly — your parents will know they're chatting with a helpful program, not a stranger. When something needs a human, we step in.

What if my parent only speaks Hindi (or only English)?

That's fine. Meera replies in whichever language and script the message comes in — Hindi in Devanagari, English, Hinglish in Roman script, or a mix. Voice notes work too.

Do my parents need to download anything new?

No. If they have WhatsApp, they're ready. We don't ask seniors to install yet another app — that's exactly the friction we're trying to remove.

How private are the conversations?

Conversations are used to help your family member and improve the assistant during early access. Meera will never ask for OTPs, passwords, or banking PINs. Please read the Privacy Policy for the current early-access approach.

Is it available right now?

We're in a small private prototype with a couple of verified test users. Join the early access list and we'll reach out as we open more spots — slowly and carefully.

Can Meera help in an emergency?

No. SeniorTech Saathi is not a medical, financial, or emergency service. For medical or safety emergencies, please call your local emergency number or a family member directly.
